Outdoor event approval and applicable fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged before booking. Outdoor fees of $100-$250 apply depending on location and season.
Outdoor events include, but are not limited to:
• Tents
• Covered patios
• Any space such as barns, garages, and outbuildings with open doors leading to the outdoors
Adverse Weather
For outdoor events, the Client is responsible for securing an indoor backup location in case of adverse weather, including but not limited to high humidity, strong winds, rain, snow, sleet, hail, or temperatures below 45°F or above 90°F.
No refunds will be issued if adverse weather occurs and the Client cannot provide an alternate indoor space that meets the agreed-upon criteria.
We accept credit card, EFT, and ACH, payments are made online through our secure booking site and the following terms apply
50% non-refundable retainer upon booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
Packages exceeding $1500 are eligible for a 30% retainer, 35% 60 days prior to your event, & the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event date.
payment in full is due upon booking for events occurring in less than 30 days'
We also accept corporate checks and will work with corporate clients to match their payment terms.
At this time, we do not offer discounts for non-profit events. However, we are happy to collaborate with event sponsors to create a customized branded package that can enhance the experience and provide great value for all parties involved. We love working together to make fundraising events memorable!
